2.  ZOOM
If you would like extra help call to schedule your virtual assistant appointment, in turn you will receive a link for your Virtual Eyewear Fitting.
- At the time of your appointment we will look at frame options, discuss lens options and you choose up to 5 frames to be mailed to you to try on.
 
- Following that appointment you will pay the above deposit or the cost of the final product and the frames will be mailed out to you within 48 hours of cleared payment.

3. FASHION BOX​
​Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your Fashion Box to schedule your Follow Up Fitting.
- You will receive a link for the follow up consultation.

- During this appointment we will take a look at the fit and style of the frames on you.
​
- We will finalize the desired lens options and the frames you would like to purchase.

4. RETURN THE FRAMES
 
​-You will ship all of the frames sent to you. Client pays for return shipping. ​
- Your prescription / order will be processed according to your desire after payment. Please allow 7 - 12 business days for processing.

All frames will be due back within 7 days after your virtual appointment. If the frames are not received within this time frame or are returned damaged in any way, you are responsible for the full retail price of each frame sent which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
 
YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND UPON THE SAFE RETURN OF THE FRAMES SHOULD YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ORDER.
